High quality castiron and steel castings

 

The main activity of "TS Liteynoe proizvodstvo LLC” is the production of castings from different grades of castiron and steel. We produced as castings for engineering industries, and decorative art casting. Metal casting is carried out in induction furnaces "Induсtoterm" (USA), with a capacity of 250, 400 and 750 kg. This type of furnace provides low burn-off items, low pollution and the uniformity of chemical composition throughout the volume of the metal due to its mixing in the induction field.

Cold-hardening sand moulding technology:

The foundry is equipped with mechanized moulding line "OMEGA" (UK). Molds and cores are made of cold-hardening sand mixtures, using resins and hardeners from leading manufacturers. Dosing of the components and sand technology in the mixer SPARTAN II occurs without human intervention by given technological programs. Key features of the forms of CHSMT are their high permeability and low attornet.

To ensure the best surface quality, we use modern nonstick coating. These features technologies provide high precision castings and clean surface in the absence of gas pockets or other defects of castings, allowing you to produce them with minimal machining allowance. The maximum dimensions of castings 1050×700×700 mm. The weight of the produced castings from 5 to 300 kg.

Constantly in production are the following alloys: — grey cast iron, wear-resistant cast iron, cast iron anti-friction, heat-resistant cast iron,high strength sзрferoidal cast iron; carbon steel, low alloy steel, medium-alloy steel

Periodic laboratory monitoring of the composition and properties of moulding sand

Laboratory control and correction of the chemical composition of the alloy in each melting

Optical emission spectrometer FOUNDRY-MASTER (Germany)

Metallographic examination of the structure of the alloy samples from each melting

A microscope equipped with a video camera connected to a PC with a special soft

Laboratory control the tensile strength and the hardness of the alloy samples for compliance with the requirements of the customer

Maintaining an audit books for all measured parameters

Analysis of emerging issues, and continuous improvement of technology and organization of production process
